Marshall and Nancy Marshall-Avioli; his sister Anita Coates; his grandchildren, Louis, Liam, Paul Avioli, Ashley Marshall-Mayer, John Marshall of St. James, MO and Derrick White of Cincinnati, OH; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Mayer and Abigail Mayer. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
