He is survived by: his wife Kathy McCulloch (Gaskill) of Sullivan; his children, David McCulloch (Victoria) of Sullivan and Lindsey Reichart (Thomas) of Jefferson City, MO; his grandchildren, Lexi McCulloch, Blake McCulloch and Maddie "McCulloch" Mallory; his brothers, Mike McCulloch (Nancy) of Sullivan, Scott McCulloch (Donna) of Sullivan, Jim McCulloch (Lisa) of Sullivan and Paul McCulloch (Caren) of Sullivan; his mother-in-law June Gaskill of Sullivan; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie Borgmeyer, Erin Crume (Reggie), Brandon McCulloch, Jaida Cain, Aidan Cain, Piper McCulloch, Ryan McCulloch, Erin Smith (Kyle), Daniel Strothcamp (Adrieana) and Cassie Gaskill (Gab). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
