She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Cook and Opal Cook (Smith); and her sisters, Rosa, Yvonne and Jerry.

She is survived by : her husband Harold Chloe Pitts; her daughters, Rhonda Pitts and Kathy Gaebel; her sisters, Pat, Mary and Connie; and her grandsons, Wesley, Jack and Brock.
