She is survived by: her parents, Otto E. Wolff and Bessie Wolff (Curtis); her spouse Jack Walter Smith; her daughters, Naomi Childers (David), Ruth Verdot and Jacklyn Phillips; her sisters, Juanita Horn, Emma Wontor and Norma Pavolowskie; Jack. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
