He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Dalton (Bledsoe) and Dolphus Dalton; and his children, Danny Dalton and Diana Robertson (Dalton). He is survived by: his children, Frank Hirahara, Jesse Hirahara and Jan Hirahara. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
