She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Poe and Juanetta Poe (Weaver); her grandson Russell Franklin; her great grandchildren, Ethan Russell Owen and Kristen Gatton; and her siblings, MaryAnn Rohwer, Robert Poe, Edgar Poe and Earvin Poe.
She is survived by : her husband Carroll Fischer; her children, Danny Fischer (Winona), Watson, Jeanie Ann Fischer, Easton, John Fischer (Donna) and Pat Franklin; and her siblings, Viola Gough, Sara Thompson, Ruby Feurt and Arthur Poe. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
