Cook (Maness); her husband Bill Turner; her children, Lonnie Wooten, Rita Greer, Leslie Wooten and Janet Wren; her grandchildren, Leattle, Jacob, Lillie and Lonnie, Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Cook, Rollie Cook, Mary Lee, George Cook, Clydie Perkins, Harold "Buss", Howard Cook, Betty Lininger and Shirley Driskell.
She is survived by : her former life partner Clyde Wooten; and her grandchildren, Theresa, Matt, Jackson Wooten, Kevin and Scott Burton. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
