He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Kenneth and Beryl Grace McIntosh (Denny); and his sisters, Beverly Kay McIntosh and Melva Poston. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Harold McIntosh, Allen Richard McIntosh, Barbara Bryant and Edna Chastain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
