He is survived by: his sons, Cory Hill (Rae Lynne) and Jeremy Lewis (Tiffany); his wife Chris Lewis; his children, Rock Port, Marcie Joiner (Shelby) and Jill Kingery (Ryan); his grandchildren, Summer Greenwalt, Isiah, Ty, Drew, Ryan Joiner, Addison, Riley Lewis, Trenton, Kendall, Mason and Brenna Kingery; and his siblings, Joyce Strough, Shilah Baker, Janice McNaughton, Bois D and Twyilla Gibbons (Terry).
