She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lee and Verna Epley (Blacksher); her spouse Enos Ballinger; her great grandchild Lukas Huber; and her siblings, Noel, Nora, Raymond, Noah, Ann and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Berniece Fletcher, Bob Ballinger (Ann), Marvin Ballinger, Bill Ballinger (Angala), Kay Gebhards (David) and Rock Port; and her sister Leona Collins. She is also survived by many many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
Because of current conditions, family requests face masks and social distancing at the graveside service.
