He is survived by : his parents, Melvin Offutt and Helen Lorraine Offutt (Craghead); his spouse Dorothy Jean Dollens; his daughters, Jennifer Elam (Travis) of Burlison, TN, Elizabeth Gilman (Shawn) of Auxvasse and Rachel Gerhart (Charles) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Olivia Ludwick (Dalton) of Hagerstown, MD, Zeke Gilman of Auxvasse and Lindsey Gerhart of Columbia; his sister Ann Offutt of Jefferson City; and his mother-in-law Dorothy Dollens of Mexico.
