He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Elliott and Phyliss Elliott (Ewing); his spouse Bernice VanFleet; his son Chanse Elliott of Trenton; his stepson Jeff Brown (Sherris); his siblings, Pat Reger (Al) of Chicota, TX and James Elliott (Nancy) of Excelsior Springs, MO; and his grandchildren, Dawson, Kiley, Mariah Elliott and Gabie Brown.

Memorial donations are suggested to the First Christian Church of Trenton.
