She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Holsted and Alice Marie Timberlake Holsted; her spouse Kenny Parton; her children, Mitchell Parton of Trenton, Michael Parton of Trenton and Michelle Akins; and her siblings, Carla Strickland of Kansas City, MO, Floyd Holsted, Alberta Tomlin and Lloyd Holsted. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
