He is survived by: his wife Mitzi; his daughter Brittany Perry; his stepson Michael Heffern; his stepgrandchildren, Mia Marie, Grant and Haley; his siblings, Linda Holland, Kathy Perry, Jimmy Perry (Joann), Billy Perry (Tammy) and Bobby Perry (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Heffern, Mitchell Heffern and Michelle Heffern. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
