She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl A. Howard and Louise B. Howard (Lowman); and her brother David Howard. She is survived by: her husband Shay East; her children, Missy Heilman (Randy) and Tim East (Kim); her grandchildren, Courtney Scarlett (Logan) and Shaylea East; and her great grandchild Ty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
