He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lakebrink and Augusta Lakebrink; his son Michael Lakebrink; and his siblings, Joseph Lakebrink, George Lakebrink, Francis Unnerstall, Bernice Mayes and Dorothy Lakebrink.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Andrae (Dennis) of Villa Ridge; his grandchildren, Christopher Lakebrink (Shannon), Amy Hoerchler (Scott), Jessica Golet (Christopher) and Angela Sudduth (Joseph); his great grandchildren, Nicholas Hoerchler, Stephen Hoerchler, Ethan Golet, Allison Lakebrink, Andrae Sudduth, Grant Sudduth, Gavin Golet, Cameron Lakebrink and Walker Sudduth; his sister Dolores Fritzmeyer; and his grandchildren-in-law, Robert (Kayla), Maria, Brandan and John. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
