It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy R. Freeman (Union, Missouri), born in Rule, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Freeman (Mary) and Fagan; and his former wife Janelle. He is survived by: his wife Regina Freeman; his stepchildren, Darren Smith (Starrine) of Winfield, MO, Deana Smith (Corey Zweifel) of Washington, MO and Natalie Smith of Overland, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Baumgartner and Suzy Baumgartner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many other friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Shriners Hospital for Children.
