He is survived by: his wife Joanne Koch of Union, MO; his children, Zeb Koch (Jamie) of Union, MO and Starlyte Busier (Ray) of Union, MO; his grandchildren, Kenneth Kuhl II, Johanna Sheppard, Ezekiel, Lukas and Jenna Koch; and his siblings, Geraldine Peirick (Frank) of Union, MO and Pete Koch (Kathy) of Washington, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
