We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021, at the age of 92, Cleo Jane Owens in Union, Missouri, born in Belle, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Vaughan and Edith; her husband Gene Owens; her sister Norma Dean; and her brother-in-law Bob Hoemann.
She is survived by: her children, Vaughn Owens (Donna) of Higginsville and Myra Borgmann (Bob) of Union; her grandchildren, Stacy Hyden (Brandon), Aaron Borgmann (Laura) and Ryan Owens (Kate); her great grandchildren, Molly, Nadia Hyden, Chase and Ava Borgmann; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Owens (Charmaine) of Madison, IL and John. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Union Food Pantry or Franklin County Honor Flight.
