He was predeceased by: his parents, William Julius (Lucille) and Brune; his siblings, Barbara Kelley, Terry Julius, Douglas Julius and Dwight Julius; his brothers-in-law, James Kelley and Ron Michels; and also, Leonard Brautigam and Clifford Brautigam.
He is survived by: his significant other Ann Brautigam; his children, Christopher Julius (Michelle) of Orlando and Lori Julius of Union, MO; his grandson Lucas Julius; his siblings, Caryn Michels of Cape Girardeau, MO, Brenda Burton (Dennis) of St. Clair, MO, Mae Thurman of Beaufort, MO, Vickie Smith (Mike) of Union, MO, Kevin Julius (Pam) of Union, MO and Britt Julius (Chris) of Bourbon, MO; his sisters-in-law, Patsy Julius of St. Clair, MO and Clara Julius of Union, MO; and also, Shirley Brautigam, Betty Brautigam, JoAnn Smith (Larry), Jerome Brautigam (Doris), Rose Mary Brautigam, Lorraine Thompson (Gary) and Linda Kasmann (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Diabetes Association.
