He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Caldwell (Mary Ellen) and Mary Ellen Caldwell; and his wife Carol Sue Caldwell. He is survived by: his sister Mary Kamper of Union; his nephews, Kevin Kamper of Union and Darren Kamper of Union; his niece Angie Thornton (Steve) of Union; and his uncle Howard Haloway of Leslie. He is also survived by great-nephews; great-nieces; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to Union Church of God are preferred.
