He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Lewis (Dorothy Samantha) and Higgins; his son David Lewis; and his brothers, Elmer, Jim, Edward and Stanley Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lewis of Union, MO; his sons, Ron Lewis (Becky) of Leslie, MO and Greg Lewis (Reida Andersen) of Union, MO; his grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha, Joseph, Katherine and Cortney Lewis; and his siblings, Jerry Lewis of Castlewood, MO, Betty Green and Mary Lewis of Gerald, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
