He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe Richard Blackwell and Leona Mildred; his wife Kathy Blackwell (Sparks) of Union; his daughters, Terri Risner (Eugene) of St. Peters, Traci Allen (Dale Gonce) of Pea Ridge, Lisa Hodson (Tim) of Somerville, Regina Wright (Greg Gibbons) of Washington and Christy Smith (Joe Garofalo) of Maryland Heights; his grandchildren, Matthew Blackwell (Nicole), Alexis Tucker, Katelyn Brakeman (Alex), Andrew Hampton (Brooke), Nick Hampton, Kris Risner (Anna Schmid), Tanner Wright, Jack Hampton, Anna Wright, Cayden Hampton, Joey Garofalo and Riley Garofalo; and his great grandchildren, Braxton, Era, Abigail, Ellee and Henslee. He was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital are preferred.
