It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Recsnik of Union, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on June 20, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Zimmerman and Rose Zimmerman; his adoptive parents, Fred Recsnik and Helen Recsnik; and his sister Trudy "Cookie" Yunek.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Recsnik of Union; his sons, Steven Recsnik (Rebecca) of Union and Kevin Recsnik of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Mallory Recsnik, Grace Recsnik, Zachary Recsnik and Logan Recsnik. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
