He is survived by: his wife Carole of Union; his children, Donnie Howell of Union and Debbie LaGarce of Union; his grandchildren, Justin LaGarce, Janine LaGarce, Andrew Howell, Jarika LaGarce and Morgan Howell; his great grandchildren, Kayden Peroutka, Jeremy LaGarce, Jude LaGarce and Kenzley LaGarce; his brother Joey Howell of Robertsville; his mother-in-law Betty Diekmann of Owensville; and his aunt Glenna. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
