He is survived by: his wife Sherry Warner; his brother Randall Warner (Susan) of Branson; and his friends, Randall Warner, Wally Warner, Vince Mahtani, Andrew Mahtani, Bob Nappier, Norman Welch, Joseph Welch and Ross Sutherland. He is also survived by cousins; and other relatives and friends.
