He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Barnwell and Bessie Barnwell; and his stepfather Virgil Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Linda Barnwell of Bourbon; his sons, Charles David Barnwell (Allison) of Gerald and Shayne Joel Barnwell (Dianne) of Catawissa; his siblings, James Barnwell of Poplar Bluff and Sunny Sue Crum of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Justin, Daniel, Christopher, Cody and Sarah. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
