She is survived by: her husband David Blumhorst; her daughters, Dawn McKinney (Tim) of St. Clair, MO and Jacquelyn Stewart of Villa Ridge, MO; her stepsons, John Blumhorst (Angie) of Union, MO and Aaron Blumhorst of Union, MO; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Erica, Monica, Austin, Anthony and Emma; and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Jack and Logan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
