We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2020, at the age of 88, Leland David Payne Jr. of Union, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Gray (Robin) of Union, MO and Pat Grupe (Tommy) of Liverpool, TX; and his siblings, Julian Payne of Willis, TX, Travis Joe McCool (Diane) of Pineville, MO, James McCool, Judy Barnes of Remond, OR and Dovie Jess of Burns, OR. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
