We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2020, at the age of 95, Lowell Rayford Burgess Sr. of Union, Missouri, born in Antlers, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lathan Burgess and Venice Burgess; his son Lowell Burgess, Jr.; and his siblings, Leon Burgess, Donald Burgess and Alta Fullingim.
He is survived by: his wife Noveline Burgess of Union, MO; his sons, Terry Burgess (Kathleen) of Antlers and David Burgess (Alberta) of Vinita, OK; his brother Coy Burgess (Joyce) of Antlers; and his daughters-in-law, Karen Burgess of Antlers and Sheila Burgess of Melissa, TX. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
Memorials may be made to Antlers Freewill Baptist Church in Antlers.
