He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Ardell; and his daughters, Natalie Wagner, Farrah Wagner and Stephaney Otte.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Wagner; his children, Dusty Abele of Union, Kim Burks (Brycie) of Sullivan and Brad Peters (Andrea) of Washington; his grandchildren, Lilli Mantle, Leigha Mantle, Dustin Abele, David Abele, Justin Peters, Mya Duncan (Tyler), Malik Tedesco, Marisa Tedesco, Mati Tedesco, Izabel Burks and Lyric Otte; his great grandchild Scott Duncan; and his siblings, Linda Siess, Eileen Lencz (Steven) of St. Louis, Allen Wagner of Union and Dannie Wagner (Sara) of Potosi. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Immaculate Conception Church or Union Food Pantry.
