She is survived by: her spouse Jmaes Straatmann August; her children, Joan Weideman (Virgil) of Union, MO, Mary Leeker (Jim) of Royse City, TX, Sara Kappelmann (Eric) of St. Charles, MO and James Straatmann (Annette Green) of Union, MO; her children-in-law, Tom Briggs of Washington, MO and Kimberlie Straatmann of Union, MO; her grandchildren, Scott Briggs (Buffy), Kristen Perriman (Mike), James Joseph Briggs (Theresa), Morgan Bush (Erik), David Leeker (Kelly), Beth Everett (Chris), James William Straatmann (Elizabeth), Justin Straatmann (Shanna), Emily Kappelmann and Nathan Straatmann; and her sister Dorothy Rose Elli of Kirkwood, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be given to the Immaculate Conception Church or School.
