She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvie Lape, Sr. and Hazel Lape; her former husband Roland Edward Gruen, Jr.; her husband Butch Gruen of Union, MO; her son Tony Gruen; her grandsons, Luke Gruen, Josh Cassin of St. Clair, Daniel Gruen (Laura) of Union and Matthew Gruen (Tessa) of St. Clair; her great grandchildren, Stinson Gruen of Union, Rowan and Dylan Gruen of St. Clair; and her friend Café. She was also cherished by two sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends.
