He is survived by: his parents, Brian Johnston (Lisa) and Lisa Johnston of Union, MO; his grandparents, Dennis Johnston (Jean) of Belle, MO, Kathleen Johnston of Affton, MO and Jean Turner of Union, MO; and his aunts and uncles, Jennifer Deutsch (Dave) of Barnhart, MO, Lindsey Johnston of Affton, MO, Sarah Johnston (Ira Gifford) of Affton, MO, Jason Johnston (Kristin) of St. Louis, Ray Turner (Shehla) of Orlando, FL and Patrick Turner (Joan) of Affton, MO. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
