She is survived by: her sons, David Smith (Becky) of Owensville, MO and Kevin Smith (Teresa) of Union, MO; and her siblings, Joyce, Linda, Carolyn, Dixie and Edward Smith. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
