He is survived by: his son Ray Bay (Kathy) of Union, MO; his grandchildren, Michael, April Garbarina, Ashley Joyce, Sandra Wink and Anjanette Kandlbinder; his great grandchildren, David, Paisley Joyce, Brookelynn and Josephine Kandlbinder; and his great great grandchild Azuzlie Joyce.
