She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Blackwell and Betty Blackwell; her husband Charles Mesey; and her son Alan Noecker. She is survived by: her son Cody Noecker (Alex DeGonia) of Barnhart; her stepchildren, Sherry Tindall (Bill) of Granite City, IL and Brian Mesey of Union; her siblings, Ricky Blackwell (Diane) of Texas, Larry Blackwell (Lena) of Union, Cindy Blackwell of New Haven, Kathy Blackwell of Union, Patti Mazon (Fidel) of Visalia, CA and Paula Duke of Farmersville, CA; and her grandchildren, Cassandra, Christopher, Cody Jr. (Hailey), Hannah, Sean, Skyler and Secoya. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
