He was predeceased by: his father Gary Siddens (Linda Siddens). He is survived by: his mother Linda Siddens of Union; and his siblings, Derrick Hellebusch of Arkansas, Gary Lynn Siddens (Emily) of St. Louis, Kathi Jo Siddens (Jim Dalton) of St. Louis and Trisha Lynn Siddens (Jennifer) of New Baden, IL. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the American Cancer Society are preferred.
