Lowe (Haeli) of Union, Jayme McCowen (Taylor) of Sullivan, Kelsey Lowe and Van Leer of Union; his sisters, Cyndi Dotson (Rowdy) of St. Louis and Sheree Gruen (Sam) of St. Peters; and his grandchildren, Sutton Lowe, Ellie Lowe, Grey McCowen, Leighton McCowen and Hudson McCowen. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to National Organization for Rare Disorders are preferred.
