He was predeceased by: his father Elmer J Hawkinson D. C.; his brother David Hawkinson; and his friend Lynn Favell. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Hawkinson of St Clair; and his siblings, Michael Hawkinson D. C. (Patricia) of Labadie, Richard Hawkinson (Linda) of Washington, Joseph Hawkinson (Susan) of Ballwin, Elizabeth Hawkinson of St Clair, Julie Braucksieker (Kevin) of Elizabeth Lake and Jeri Wehrle (John) of Cape Coral. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rainbow Activity Center in Union, MO.
