He was predeceased by: his father Brian Disney (Pamela); and his close friend Austin Stewart. He is survived by: his mother Pam Disney of Union; his siblings, Justin Disney of Washington, Jessica Swanner (Jake) of Washington and Emily Disney of Union; his nephew Trenner Swanner of Washington; his grandparents, Mel, Audrey Disney of St. Louis, Alice and Larry Tomas of Union; and his close friends, Marc Kennedy and Kristen Shackelford. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation (OIF).
