She was predeceased by: her parents, George Davis and Mary Ocal Carter Davis; and her husband Lester Cook. She is survived by: her children, Mary Joyce Ballard of Olathe, KS, Ronald Cook of Unionville, MO, Marla Sangster (Bill) of Lakeland, FL and Marilyn Carmack (Garry) of Milan, MO.; and her brother Daniel Davis of Pasco, WA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Unionville Cemetery and may be entrusted to the Playle & Collins Family Funeral Home, 709 S. 27th Street, Unionville, MO 63565.
