He is survived by: his wife Leta Burkland (Potter) of Unionville; his children, Melody Torrey of Unionville, Melissa Nemmers (Steve) of Olathe, Kansas, Paul Burkland of Kirksville and Melinda Kottman (David) of Oshkosh; his siblings, Alvera Gibson (Jim) and Bert Torrey (Rogene); his grandchildren, Jeremy Kottman (Brooke) of Oshkosh, Courtney Kottman of Boston, Massachusetts, Brenda Nemmers (Levi LaMay) of Wellsville and Stephanie Moore (J. D.) of Shawnee, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Charlee Nemmers, Peyton LaMay, Carson Moore and Lillian Kottman of Wisconsin; his aunt Virginia Torrey; and his cousins, Danny Yowell, Susan Berry, Sam Torrey, Paul Few, Joyce Tush and Mae Turmine.
