He was predeceased by : his parents, Carlo Frank and Shirley Frank (Shuey); his sister-in-law LaRae Allman; and his father-in-law Charles Helmken. He is survived by : his wife Mary Helmken; his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Womboldt (Johnny) of Unionville and Becky Swearengen (Steve) of Milan, Missouri; and his mother-in-law Laura Dixon of Centerville, Iowa. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
