He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Puckett and Bonnie Puckett (Cheek). He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Wysocki (Michael Sparks) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his stepchildren, Josh Danner of Trenton, Missouri and Amy Dover of Chillicothe, Missouri; his grandchildren, Zachary Sheehan, Chad Wysocki, Antonio Wysocki, Dalton Wysocki, Noah Sparks, Jonah Sparks, Wyatt Sparks, Lyliana Sparks, Jazzlyn Danner, Cody Dover, Cayley Dover and Carson Dover; and his siblings, Kenneth Puckett of California, Craig Puckett of Sedalia, Sam Hallmark of Dothan, Jim Glidewell of Ohio, Curtis Puckett of Kansas City, Missouri, Shelley Rayley of Kansas City and Charlene Craig of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
