He was predeceased by: his parent William Tulley; and his sibling Peter Tulley. He is survived by: his spouse Annette B. Tulley; his children, Patrick Tulley (Carly Noel), Kathleen Navales (Edicarl Jhon) and Meghan Macaraeg (David Michael); his parent Shirley Tulley; and his siblings, Tom Tulley (Ethel) and Kevin Tulley (Elaine).
