He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Brown and Ruth Brown (May); his former life partner Ruth Walters (Virginia Brown); his wife Virginia Byrd; and his siblings, Alvin, Elmer, Verna, Alberta and Opal.
He is survived by : his children, David Brown of Lyons, Steve Brown (Ruthie) of Paragould, Ark, Karen Heusted (Jack) of Fulton, Nancy Dorris and Ray of Van Buren; his grandchildren, Martha (JP), Caroline (David), Brenda, Aaron (Sarah), Michael, Malika (Chris), Melissa (Kyle), Jennifer (Matthew) and Jessica (Cody); and his sister Betty Ransier of Torrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
