It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Townsend of Van Buren, Missouri, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Newton Townsend and Sarah "Jewell" Ford (Womack). He is survived by : his daughters, Tracy Dedert and Elaine Cole (Richard) of Saint Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Dillon Dedert, Elizabeth Begley and Rachel Cole; and his great grandchildren, William, James and Fyona. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
The family cares about the health of friends and family and therefore anyone who attends the Visitation inside will wear a mask. CDC recommends wearing a face mask to help control the spread of Covid-19.
