He was predeceased by : his parents, Wanda Eloise Bilyeu (Hussey) and Jack Bilyeu; his brother Danny Ray Bilyeu; his grandparents, Everett, Louise Bilyeu, Frank and Effie Hussey; and his cousins, Jamie Joseph McKinney and Terry Raymond "Doc" Copeland.

He is survived by : his uncle Bill; his aunts, Lorraine Hussey of St. James and Lorene Bilyeu of Vienna; his cousins, Sharon, Lynn, Billy, Cathern, Vickie, Kenny, Donald, David, Tammy, Jeffrey, Neil and Nathan; and also Laverne Copeland of Vienna.
