She is survived by: her close friend Maltese; her parents, Jon Lunde and Mary Lunde of Orrick, Missouri; her siblings, Jerry Wayne Johnson, Erica Loretta Johnson, Nellie Ann Smith and Mary Lee Smith; and her siblings' children, Josh, Christa, Carli, Mason, Brittany, Ricky, Jacob and Carson.
